We are happy to try and accomodate animal ambassador requests for your event. We ask that all animal requests be submitted to us no later than a week prior to the scheduled event
Choose the animals (the number of species depends on which package you booked) from the list provided to you at the time of booking
Please keep in mind that though we try and accommodate all requests, we cannot guarantee that all of our animal ambassadors will be available for your event. Our animals are given breaks from shows or they may already be booked for another show
If we do not receive a request for specific animal ambassadors to attend an event, we will choose a list of animals that are well suited for the age group of the children/guests attending the event
Animal Interactions and Photo Ops
We keep a large assortment of animal species, so some ambassadors are more interactive than others. Most of our animals are "hands on" ambassadors, meaning they are able to be touched and interacted with by our audience.
We recommend contacting us to discuss what you are interested in and we can recommend what animal species would best fit your event needs.
Please keep in mind that depending on audience size, the specific animal species, and the type of package booked, not everyone at the event may have an opportunity to have a personal interaction and photo with each animal.
We normally find that crowds over 50-100 people sometimes are unable to directly interact with all of our animal ambassadors due to time limitations and animal safety.
Please let us know the number of attendees you are expecting at your event and we will be able to set your expectations on the level of interaction your guests will have with our animal ambassadors.
We recommend that you notify your guests prior to the show that animal ambassadors will be making an appearance at your event.
If any guests have a fear of certain animal, please let us know beforehand so that we can adjust our program to consider any phobias that you guests may have.
We also would recommend that you check with your guests to see if anyone has any animal allergies before the event.
